How to delete your account in the app

1. Open the Balance Brunch & Bakery app.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Open Account access.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Type DELETE to confirm.

When deletion is completed, your app session is signed out.

How to request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email:

Balance Brunch & Bakery account deletion request

Include the email address used for your Balance account. We may ask you to verify that you control the account before deletion is processed.

What is deleted

When account deletion is completed:

• Your Supabase Auth account is deleted.
• Your direct profile identifiers are removed or anonymized.
• Your email, phone, date of birth, communication preferences, push token, and TOTP secret are cleared.
• Notification rows tied to your account are deleted.
• Active reservations are cancelled or released.
• Referral codes you own are deactivated.

What may be retained

Some business records may be retained in pseudonymous form using loyalty_guid, including completed transactions, completed reservations, promo-code redemptions, challenge completions, and referral records.

These records are retained only where needed for accounting, fraud prevention, loyalty audit, dispute handling, or legal obligations.

Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 72 hours.
